DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on orders over:

  • €450 within the European Union

  • £450 in the United Kingdom

  • $450 USD for the rest of the world

For orders below these thresholds, shipping costs are as follows:

  • EU & Switzerland: €15

  • United Kingdom: £15

  • USA, Canada, Australia & Rest of World: $25 USD

Please note: Return shipping is subject to the same fees.

Customs Duties & Taxes

We cover customs fees and import duties for most countries. However, additional charges may apply for the following regions:

Shipping Times & Tracking

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

  • All orders are shipped with DHL. You can track your parcel using the link in your confirmation email.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Eligibility

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it meets the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All tags attached and original packaging intact

  • Footwear must be returned with its shoebox placed inside protective packaging

  • Made-to-order items are not eligible for return due to their custom nature

How to Return an Item

  1. Submit your return request by logging in to your account and submitting the return request.

  2. Our Customer Care team will review your request and send confirmation via email.

  3. Use the pre-printed return label included in your original order.

  4. Drop off the parcel at your nearest DHL location or schedule a pickup via the DHL website.

Tip: Always keep your proof of return and tracking number until your refund is confirmed.

Return Shipping Fees

Return costs are identical to original shipping costs (see "Shipping Fees"). These will be deducted from your refund once your return is accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-order or personalized items

  • Items returned damaged, used, or without original packaging


REFUNDS

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified via email regarding approval or rejection

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days

Important Notes

  • Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your card provider or payment service.

  • If your item is returned in non-compliant condition (used, damaged, missing packaging), the refund may be partially refunded or rejected.
