COPERNI – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&C”) govern the sale of products via the official e-commerce website www.coperniparis.com (“the Website”) by the company Coperni SAS. By placing an order on the Website, the customer agrees to be bound by these T&C without reservation.


1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE SELLER

The Website www.coperniparis.com is published and operated by Coperni SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €10,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number RCS 824 593 347, and whose registered office is located at:

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION – ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

These T&C apply to all sales of products made through the Website to end consumers, defined as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, or profession. The resale or distribution of Coperni products purchased via the Website is strictly prohibited.

The T&C are accessible at all times on the Website and must be accepted by the customer prior to confirming any order. Coperni reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Website at the time of the order.


3. PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale by Coperni are those featured on the Website at the time of ordering, subject to availability.

Each product is accompanied by a detailed description, including key characteristics and photographs. While every effort is made to ensure that the visuals match the actual products, slight variations may occur. Such discrepancies shall not engage Coperni's liability.

Product availability is indicated at the time of ordering. In case of stock discrepancies or technical errors, Coperni reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.


4. ORDERS

Orders may be placed via a personal account or as a guest.

The customer must ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date. Coperni cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

The ordering process includes the following steps:

  • Product selection and addition to cart

  • Review of the order summary

  • Entry of personal and delivery information

  • Selection of payment method

  • Final confirmation and acceptance of the T&C

An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order is dispatched.

Coperni reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Abnormal or excessive quantities

  • Suspicion of fraud

  • Outstanding disputes or payment issues


5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes for EU countries. Delivery charges are specified before order confirmation.

Coperni reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order.

Payment must be made in full upon order placement. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • Klarna (where available)

All payments are secured and processed by our payment service provider. Coperni does not store customer payment data.

A digital invoice will be provided in the order confirmation email. Ownership of the products is transferred upon full payment.


6. DELIVERY

Products are delivered to the address specified at checkout. Shipping is handled by our partners (such as DHL, UPS, Chronopost), and delivery times may vary depending on destination.

  • Average delivery time: 2–9 business days

  • Maximum delivery time: 30 days

In the event of delay, the customer may cancel the order after a formal request to deliver within a reasonable additional timeframe has gone unanswered.

Coperni is not liable for delivery delays due to customs, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

Customers must inspect the parcel upon delivery and notify Coperni of any issues (missing/damaged products) within 48 hours.


7. RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL

7.1 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason.

To initiate a return:

  • Log in to your account or access the “Returns” section via the Website

  • Complete the return form and follow the instructions to download a prepaid return label (where applicable)

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition

  • Be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Exclusions apply for:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Products unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons (e.g. swimwear, lingerie)

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned items, using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs may be covered by Coperni depending on the country of delivery.

7.2 Exchanges

Coperni does not offer direct exchanges. Customers should place a new order for the desired product and return the original for a refund.


8. LEGAL GUARANTEES

All products sold by Coperni are subject to:

  • Legal Guarantee of Conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code)

  • Warranty Against Hidden Defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code)

Customers benefit from:

  • A 2-year period from delivery to raise a conformity claim

  • The option of repair, replacement, or refund

Coperni may reject claims for products used improperly, damaged, or modified after delivery. Customers must provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.


9. RETENTION OF TITLE

Ownership of the products remains with Coperni until full payment is received, including shipping fees and applicable taxes.


10. LIABILITY

Coperni shall not be held liable for:

  • Interruptions or errors related to Internet usage

  • Damages resulting from misuse or unauthorized modification of the products

  • Any indirect damages including loss of income or data

Coperni’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the relevant transaction.


11. FORCE MAJEURE

Coperni is not liable for non-performance or delay caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:

  • Strikes

  • Lockdowns

  • Natural disasters

  • Governmental restrictions

In the event of a prolonged force majeure event (beyond 15 days), the customer may cancel the order and receive a refund.


12. PERSONAL DATA

The processing of customer personal data is governed by Coperni’s Privacy Policy, in compliance with applicable data protection laws including the GDPR.


13. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These T&C are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, customers may first contact Customer Service via email.

If no resolution is found, and in accordance with article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, customers may refer the dispute to the CM2C mediation body:

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, images, and content displayed on the Website are the exclusive property of Coperni or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
