Cancellation policy

ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may request the cancellation of their order by contacting Coperni Customer Care at customercare@coperni.com.

Cancellation requests can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been prepared, packaged, or handed over to the courier for shipment.

Once the order has entered the preparation process, has been packaged, or has been transferred to the courier, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

In such cases, customers may refuse delivery where applicable or accept delivery and exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 7 (Returns & Withdrawal) of these Terms and Conditions.

Coperni cannot guarantee the successful cancellation of an order and shall not be held liable where a cancellation request is received after the order has entered the preparation or shipping process.
