Duties and Taxes
Coperni ships internationally using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model in most destinations.
This means duties and taxes are included in the product price and no additional charges will be required upon delivery.

- Australia
- New Zealand
- Singapore
- Japan
- Malaysia
United States and Canada
For orders shipped to the United States and Canada:
- Duties are included in the product price
- Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout
No additional duties will be charged upon delivery.
Other International Destinations
For all other destinations, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and remain the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of Coperni’s control.
Returns and Refunds
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include the shoebox inside protective packaging for footwear
- Be returned using the provided DHL return label
The following items are not eligible:
- Made-to-order items
- Personalized items
- Items returned worn, damaged, or incomplete
Coperni reserves the right to refuse non-compliant returns.
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Log into your account and submit your request via the Returns Portal
- A DHL return label will be generated
- Pack your item securely
- Drop off at DHL or schedule collection
Please retain your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
Return Shipping Fees
A return shipping fee applies per returned order and will be deducted from your refund.

To obtain a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Once your return has been received and approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 14 days

Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable where applicable.
