Orders

How do I place an order?

Select your desired item, choose your size, and click Add to Bag. When ready, click on the shopping bag icon and proceed to checkout. You may check out as a guest or log in to your Coperni account.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number.

Can I modify my order?

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified. You may return your item in accordance with our Returns Policy after delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. You may also track your order via our Coperni order tracking portal.

I have not received my order. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Care team via the Contact Us form, quoting your order number.

Where does Coperni ship?

Coperni ships worldwide using DHL Express.

What are the delivery times?

Estimated delivery times:

  • France: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 1–4 business days
  • International: 2–6 business days

Is shipping free?

Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds vary depending on your location and are displayed at checkout.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

Coperni ships on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis to most destinations. This means duties and taxes are included in the product price and no additional charges will be due upon delivery.

For certain destinations, duties and taxes may be calculated at checkout or collected by local customs authorities.

All applicable charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

Footwear must be returned with the shoebox inside protective packaging.

How do I return my order?

To initiate a return:

  • Log into your account and submit your return request via the Returns Portal
  • A DHL return label will be generated
  • Drop off your parcel at DHL or schedule a collection

Please keep your return tracking number until your refund has been processed.

Do I have to pay for returns?

A return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from your refund. The exact amount depends on your location and will be displayed when submitting your return request.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days after your return has been received and approved.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Can I exchange an item?

Coperni does not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

Please contact our Customer Care team via the Contact Us form. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
