TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&C”) govern the sale of products via the official e-commerce website www.coperni.com (the “Website”).
By placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by these T&C and, where applicable, by Global-e’s Terms of Sale (as defined below).
PREAMBLE
The Website is operated by Coperni SAS (“Coperni”, “we”, “us”).
Coperni partners with Global-e, an international e-commerce service provider.
For certain destinations and transactions, Global-e (or one of its affiliated entities identified at checkout) acts as Merchant of Record. This means that Global-e is the legal seller of the Products to the customer and processes payment, billing, duties and fulfilment on Coperni’s behalf.
Where Global-e acts as Merchant of Record:
- Global-e is the seller of record for the transaction;
- The applicable Global-e entity will be identified at checkout and on your invoice;

By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Global-e may act as Merchant of Record;
- Your purchase may be subject to Global-e’s Terms of Sale;
- In the event of any conflict between these T&C and Global-e’s Terms of Sale, Global-e’s Terms of Sale shall prevail with respect to the sale transaction.
These T&C remain applicable to matters relating to Website use and brand ownership.
These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience only.
1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE SELLER

For transactions where Global-e acts as Merchant of Record (as indicated at checkout), the seller of the Products is the relevant Global-e affiliated entity identified during checkout and on the order confirmation.
2. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE
These T&C apply to all orders placed on the Website by consumers.
Products are sold for personal use only.
Resale is strictly prohibited.
Coperni reserves the right to update these T&C at any time.
The version applicable is the one in force at the time of order.
3. PRODUCTS
Products offered are those displayed on the Website, subject to availability.
Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes only. Minor variations may occur.
Coperni reserves the right to withdraw products at any time.
4. ORDERS
Orders may be placed via customer account or guest checkout.
Customers must provide accurate and complete information.
Order confirmation will be sent by email.
Coperni and/or Global-e reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:
- suspected fraud
- payment issues
- abnormal quantities
- product unavailability
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in local currency depending on customer location.
Prices include applicable taxes where required.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Payment methods may include:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
- Klarna (where available)
Payment is processed securely by Global-e or its authorised payment partners where Global-e acts as Merchant of Record.
Ownership transfers upon full payment and shipment of the Products.
6. DELIVERY
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery is handled by DHL Express or other authorised carriers.
Estimated delivery times:
Europe: 1–4 business days
International: 2–6 business days
Maximum delivery time: 30 days.
Coperni and Global-e are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or force majeure events.
The customer must inspect goods upon delivery and notify customer service of any damage.
6.1 DUTIES AND TAXES
For most destinations, duties and taxes are included in the product price and displayed at checkout.
For certain countries, import duties or additional charges may apply in accordance with local law.
Where required by law, the customer may act as Importer of Record.
Where Global-e acts as Merchant of Record, Global-e manages duties collection where applicable.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
- unused
- unworn
- in original packaging
- with all tags attached
Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be returned.
Returns must be initiated via the Returns Portal.
Return shipping fees may apply and will be communicated during the return process.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of return approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable where applicable.
Where Global-e acts as Merchant of Record, returns and refunds are processed in accordance with Global-e’s Terms of Sale.
7.2 EXCHANGES
Coperni does not offer direct exchanges.
Customers may return items and place a new order.
8. LEGAL GUARANTEES
Where Coperni acts as seller, customers benefit from:
- Legal Guarantee of Conformity
- Warranty against hidden defects
Valid for 2 years from delivery.
Claims require proof of purchase.
Where Global-e acts as Merchant of Record, applicable consumer guarantees are governed by Global-e’s Terms of Sale and applicable mandatory consumer law.
9. RETENTION OF TITLE
Products remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
10. LIABILITY
Nothing in these T&C excludes liability where unlawful.
Where Global-e acts as Merchant of Record, liability relating to the sale transaction is governed by Global-e’s Terms of Sale.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the order.
Coperni shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Coperni shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by:
- natural disasters
- strikes
- governmental actions
- supply chain disruptions
- events beyond reasonable control
If delay exceeds 30 days, the customer may cancel the order.
12. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with Coperni’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
Where Global-e acts as Merchant of Record, certain personal data may be processed by Global-e in accordance with its own privacy policies.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
For transactions where Coperni acts as seller, these T&C are governed by French law.
For transactions where Global-e acts as Merchant of Record, governing law and dispute resolution are determined in accordance with Global-e’s Terms of Sale.

Customers may bring claims before competent courts as provided by applicable consumer law.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Website content, including text, images, trademarks and designs, is the exclusive property of Coperni.
Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
