Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include the shoebox inside protective packaging for footwear
  • Be returned using the provided DHL return label

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Made-to-order items
  • Personalized items
  • Items returned worn, damaged, or incomplete

Coperni reserves the right to refuse non-compliant returns.

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account and submit your request via the Returns Portal
  2. A DHL return label will be generated
  3. Pack your item securely
  4. Drop off at DHL or schedule a collection

Please retain your tracking number until your refund is confirmed.

Return Shipping Fees

A return shipping fee applies per returned order and will be deducted from your refund.

Germany, Italy and Rest of Europe: €15
Switzerland: 15 CHF
United Kingdom: £15
United States: $25
Canada: $25 CAD
United Arab Emirates: €20
Australia: €20
Japan: €20
Rest of World: €20

Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Coperni does not offer direct exchanges.

To obtain a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable where applicable.
